At CryptoKnight Brands LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges when purchasing products through our Shopify store and Printful fulfillment services.
1. General Return Eligibility
Due to the custom nature of our products and fulfillment process through Printful, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
Incorrect Items: If the wrong product, size, color, or design was shipped due to an error.
Non-Customized Products: For items not custom-printed (if applicable), returns may be accepted at our discretion if unused and in their original condition.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. Any claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Products purchased as final sale or marked non-returnable
Gift cards
Customized or personalized products (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Worn, washed, or altered items
3. How to Initiate a Return or Claim
To request a return or file a claim, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email us at support@cryptoknightbrands.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Provide Documentation: Attach photos clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item received.
3. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/claim.
4. Return Instructions: If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if applicable). You may also be required to ship the product back to Printful directly.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed in the following scenarios:
Approved claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Canceled orders if production has not yet begun
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, please follow the steps outlined in Section 3.
6. Order Modifications and Cancellations
You may modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the fulfillment process begins, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. For such issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, if the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will cover return shipping costs.
For other return reasons, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
9. Printful-Specific Terms
